Just to make sure you don’t get bored reading only about me, I will be including cute/adorable/darling and other interesting aspects of my van parents life. The Beamer trip was timed so that Yoopa (van dad) and Grammy C (van mom) would be in the lone star state to celebrate the Texas Stars third birthday. She is one very expressive and animated little girl.

It was a very busy 2 weeks in Texas. In addition to all of my new trappings, there were several projects that kept everyone pretty busy. Preparations have been being made for the purchase of an equine for the Texas Star. Fencing was delivered and installed. Van dad helped wire lights in the barn. Lumber was purchased for the construction of stalls and a tack room. The time was getting close for some serious horse shopping. The search had already begun, but nothing was presenting itself as the perfect starter horse for the Texas Star.
